METHOD OF SUBMITTING EXECUTED TOPLINES
Return via email to the appraiser who initiated the agreement, mail or hand delivery prior to the hearing date and time.
Instructions:
The authorized agent must sign form
To receive an ARB order, TopLines must be signed at the top portion of the form
Settlement and Waivers must be signed at the bottom of the form
Form must be returned prior to the date of the hearing
Return executed form to the appraiser who initiated the agreement. A list of appraiser email addresses can be found on the Informals page.
Requests to withdraw additional protest reasons can be sent to agent.mail@cadcollin.org. You will need to allow for processing time, so please submit prior to the date of the hearing.
