Collin CAD Electronic Agent Protest System

Emailed protests are not accepted; you may only file electronically using the Mass Protest feature on the Collin CAD Agent Portal website. The Mass Protest feature allows you to input a list of properties, by Property ID, and state the reason for each properties' protest. (Currently, there are only two protest reasons available; 1) Value over Market and 2) Value Unequal.)

A list of properties will be available for download after the current year's Appraisal Notices are processed and mailed. The downloadable list will contain properties you're authorized to represent, as well as any other properties you may have already protested in the current year. We recommend you use this list as a basis for your Mass Protest submission: you can add and remove properties from the list, then copy and paste your finalized list back into your Mass Protest submission.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the District once your submission has been processed. Upon processing, you may visit the Agent Portal again to see all each properties' protest status, hearing date(s), and other important information.
